Admit it! You want something you don't have. Just showing love for kids and being a
parent is a whole lot different thing. Many people as a parent fail in
upbringing their children, because they don’t know how to deal with their tiny
humans. Becoming a parent for the first time is very much challenging. Giving
birth to a child is easier than their nurturing. Only good parents can develop
a good child, in this case background counts a lot.

There are some issues that a mother faces
post-birth. For that matter, physical and mental health checkups are mandatory.
Although it is said that a baby starts learning while in mother’s womb, yet first
three years of a child after birth are very crucial in developing habits of a
great human being. Only stress-free and happy parents who don’t dwell in the
past can raise happy children, as children are known to forget past exceptionally
soon. So, with utmost care, love, tolerance parents can grow their children in
an ideal human being that this world needs.

If we talk about Asian countries like Pakistan
and its neighborhoods, there’s joint family system. And in a joint family
system one big advantage a new mother has that a child is looked after by dada,
dadi (grandparents), and other elderly members of the family. This gives a significant
sigh of relief and help to a mother. And it’s been observed that children who have
wide interaction with grandparents especially dadi (grandma) become confident individuals.
On the other hand, mother’s role will remain
at its place. Teaching or correcting a child must be done with love. Approach
shouldn’t be negative and blaming is also wrong. Don’t scold them in front of
anyone. Train them in person and in your room when nobody’s around. There are
some properties which you don’t need to inculcate in your child, they’ll just
transfer. Therefore, you have to be fair in every aspect of your life because
your child may learn them by observing.
A new mother has many roles and responsibilities. It can be hard to fully transition to the new role without support. Important insights were mentioned. Thank you.
